Suffolk

The Suffolk Chapter of the Widows Sons Masonic Bikers Association is a band of Suffolk Freemasons who have discovered that life is even better on two wheels. Combining a love of motorcycling with the principles of fellowship, charity and good humour, the Chapter enjoys riding across the county, supporting charitable causes, and occasionally finding an excuse to stop for tea, coffee and cake. The Widows Sons is the only Widows Sons association in the UK recognised by the United Grand Lodge of England. The Chapter generally meets on the third Sunday of each month during the riding season, with the Hungry Stag Café being a regular meeting point. As Suffolk is a large county and members come from all corners of it, rides and gatherings may also start from a variety of other venues across the county. Whether it's a planned charity ride, a scenic run through the Suffolk countryside, or simply a breakfast meeting with friends, there is always plenty of camaraderie, conversation and motorcycles involved. In short, we're a friendly group of Freemasons who enjoy riding motorcycles, supporting good causes, and proving that sat nav arguments and debates over the best bacon sandwich are not exclusive to the non-Masonic world!
